Feeding Your Child

Like all besotted young mums I always wanted the very best for our daughters. I really wanted our girls to enjoy all the wonderful tastes that fresh food came in. Why would I give them their first experience of food made all the time in jars or prepared bought foods when I was always cooking mainly from scratch, food for my husband and me? My mother had said that when my younger brother was being weaned she took the easy route at times and used jarred food and hence this is what he preferred. So as not to make the same mistake I did my best as every mother tries to do in many different ways…and mine was to always make my girls their own food.

Well the daughter who I followed the rules with will pick sweets over healthy options, is a
